目的:建立喂养型胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠模型,观察糖脂平对喂养型IR大鼠糖脂代谢和胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:采用高脂高盐饲料喂养的方法建立了IR大鼠模型,24只模型大鼠随机分为模型组、中药组、西药组,另有8只正常大鼠为对照组,连续给药8周后,检测各组大鼠的体重、血压、血糖、血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)和血清胰岛素。结果:糖脂平可明显抑制喂养型IR大鼠的体重增长,降低空腹血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,纠正脂代谢紊乱,但对血压无明显影响。结论:中药糖脂平具有明显改善IR的作用,从而纠正糖脂代谢紊乱,是用于防治IR/MS的有效方剂,有进一步深入研究的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of feeding insulin resistance (IR) and observe the effect of glycolipid on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity in feeding IR rats. METHODS: IR rat model was established by feeding high fat and high salt diet. 24 rats were randomly divided into model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, and 8 normal rats were used as control group. After a week, the body weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C), serum free fatty acids (FFA), and serum insulin were measured in each group. RESULTS: Glycolipid can significantly inhibit the weight gain of IR rats fed, reduce fasting blood glucose, improve insulin resistance, and correct lipid metabolism disorder, but has no significant effect on blood pressure. Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine Tangzhiping can significantly improve the effect of IR and thus correct the metabolic disorders of glucose and lipids. It is an effective formula for the prevention and treatment of IR/MS, and has further research value.
