量子点新型半导体纳米微晶因其具有良好的光学特性,在妇科肿瘤诊断及治疗有良好应用前景。目前,量子点的细胞毒性和机体毒性的研究已成为国内外研究热点,但其对雌性生殖系统和胚胎发育的毒性尚未完全阐明。已有对雌性鼠类生殖系统及胚胎发育毒性的最新研究表明量子点对子宫以及乳腺的影响主要是由于其具有很强的雌激素样作用,而其对卵巢的主要作用是抑制卵母细胞的发育及卵巢的内分泌功能;对胚胎及胎盘也有负性作用;同时抑制精卵受精和输卵管伞的拾卵功能。 Quantum dots of new semiconductor nanocrystals because of its good optical properties, in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumors have good application prospects.
