预激症候群是一种较少见的心律失常。需通过心电图方可以明确诊断。预激症候群是由于房室之间存在着不同的异常房室传导组织。使心房冲动提早到达心室的某一部分,并使其提早激动所致。笔者发现一例病人,既往有心动过速史二十余年,此次出现预激症候群合并房颤伴有室内差异性传导。随又发现其父为Ⅲ型预激症候群,继之追踪其兄妹四人,常规心电图均有预激症候群的表现。现报告如下:
