本文通过对广东某铝业公司员工培训的现状分析得出该公司培训需求分析不全面、缺乏针对性、缺乏健全的培训评估机制、培训内容不全面、培训实施中未能及时反馈、及时调整、培训的方法单一,效果欠佳等问题,并就这些问题提出了解决方案。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of employee training in an aluminum company in Guangdong, this article concludes that the company’s training needs analysis is not comprehensive, lack of pertinence, lack of sound training evaluation mechanism, the training content is not comprehensive, the training implementation fails to timely feedback, timely adjustment, Training method is single, ineffective and other issues, and put forward solutions to these problems.
