目的:观察参虫胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠早期视网膜超微结构的影响。方法:制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、治疗组和导升明对照组,治疗组、导升明对照组分别以参虫胶囊、导升明灌服,模型组不用任何药物。观察各组大鼠电镜下视网膜超微结构改变的情况。以正常大鼠作空白对照。结果:电镜下,模型组1个月、3个月、6个月随病程的延长,视神经组织局部结构紊乱呈逐渐加重的趋势。治疗组大鼠,视网膜超微结构的病变与模型组相比明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:参虫胶囊可通过减轻糖尿病视网膜神经组织病变来改善糖尿病视网膜病变。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenxue Capsule on the ultrastructure of early retina of experimental diabetic rats. METHODS: Diabetic rat models were prepared and randomly divided into model group, treatment group, and diazepam control group. The treatment group and diazepam control group were administered with Shennen capsules and diazepam, and the model group did not use any drugs. Observed the changes of retina ultrastructure under electron microscope in each group. Normal rats were used as blank controls. RESULTS: Under electron microscope, with the prolongation of the course of disease at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months in the model group, the local structural disorder of the optic nerve tissue gradually increased. In the treatment group, the ultrastructure of the retina was significantly improved compared with the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shennen capsules can improve diabetic retinopathy by reducing diabetic retinal nerve tissue lesions.
