1.2012年11月9日国务院令第628号公布2.自2013年1月1日起施行为维护社会主义法制统一,全面推进依法行政,国务院对现行行政法规进行了清理。经过清理,国务院决定:一、修改5件行政法规的部分条款(一)将《企业名称登记管理规定》第二十八条第二款修改为:“逾期不申请复议,或者复议后拒不执行复议决定,又不起诉的,登记主管机关可以强制更改企业名称,扣缴企业营业执照。”
