本文着重研究了在转轨经济下,针对于中国中小型民营企业的创新融资方式。本文将重点放在了对中国中小型民营企业的融资难问题的解决措施和创新方式来研究,考虑到各个企业的不同的特征和类型,以及融资难的三大要素,并且根据这三大要素模拟建立了ICEC平台。希望以此解决中国中小型民营企业融资难问题。
This paper focuses on innovative financing for small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises in China in a transitional economy. This article focuses on the study of solutions and innovative ways to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium private enterprises in China, taking into account the different characteristics and types of enterprises and the three major elements of financing difficulties. Based on these three elements ICEC platform was established by simulation. Hope that this small and medium-sized private enterprises in China to solve the problem of financing difficulties.
