The various activities commemorating the victory of the world anti-fascist war and the 50th anniversary of the victory of China’s war of resistance against Japan were launched in the world with spectacular spectacle. The international academic community has also been active in academic discussions on World War II. What is valuable is that these discussions have new deepening and digging, and are more reflective and forward-looking in their rational and objective connection with historical facts, the post-World War II world pattern and the future world. The following article published in Liu Shan is his speech at an academic conference. The full text can also be seen as consisting of two separate articles, so we added two additional headings to the editorial, with the subtitle added to the editorial. --editor
