水库调洪演算的任务,在于研究洪水的来量、蓄量与泄量三者的关系,为确定水库防洪、泄洪方案提供数据。但调洪演算工作的关键,则在于拟定正确的设计洪水和采用符合实际情况的调洪库容。目前,在国内外水利枢纽的规划设计中,一般均采用坝址洪水与静库容调洪的计算方法。但由于这种计算方法尚存在一定的问题,因此,我们在陆水枢纽的洪水调节计算中,针对该水库的自然特点、水利任务以及设计条件等具体情况,采用了入库设计洪水与动库容进行调洪演算,得到了较为切合实际的成果。
The task of reservoir flood regulation is to study the relationship between quantity of flood, storage volume and discharge volume, and provide data for determining reservoir flood prevention and flood discharge schemes. However, the key of flood control calculation lies in formulating the correct design flood and using the flood control storage capacity that meets the actual conditions. At present, in the planning and design of water conservancy hubs both at home and abroad, the calculation methods of dam flood and static storage flood control are generally adopted. However, due to the existence of some problems in this calculation method, we used the design flood and moving storage capacity of the Lushui Hub for flood control calculation according to the natural characteristics, water tasks and design conditions of the reservoir. Conduct flood control calculation, get more realistic results.
