在现代工业中,特别是在航空、宇航工业中,有很多零件的表面是由高次曲线组成的。如飞机的机翼、导弹的尾翼、肋骨线等。如果在数控机床上用逐点比较插补法加工这类零件,不仅编程烦杂而且插补精度也不高。本文根据脉冲间隔插补法建立了直接插补高次曲线的数学模型、列举出插补实例、拟定出插补流程图。并采用TP801 Z80单板微计算机控制数控线切割机进行了插补实验.
In modern industry, especially in the aerospace and aerospace industries, the surface of many parts is composed of higher-order curves. Such as the wing of a plane, the tail of a missile, the line of a rib, etc. If the NC machine with point by point interpolation method of processing such parts, not only complicated programming and interpolation accuracy is not high. In this paper, a mathematical model of directly interpolating high-order curves is established according to the pulse interval interpolation method, examples of interpolation are given, and the interpolation flow chart is drawn. And using TP801 Z80 veneer microcomputer control CNC wire cutting machine interpolation experiments.
