在经济全球化与我们的经济、政治、文化生活密不可分的今天,探讨和认识我国国有煤炭企业人力资源管理这一课题,对于进一步发展和完善我国国有煤炭企业的经济,发挥社会主义制度的优越性,继续增强我国的经济实力、民族凝聚力,具有关键作用。在这样一个快速变化的时代,企业间的竞争已转向知识和科技的竞争,但其实质是人才的竞争,这对于国有企业也是至关重要的。本文首先对我国现阶段国有煤炭企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题进行了论述,分析产生问题的原因并提出相应对策,说明人力资源管理对国有煤炭企业发展的战略意义。
Today, as economic globalization is inextricably linked with our economic, political and cultural life, this issue of exploring and understanding the human resources management of the state-owned coal enterprises in our country is of great significance to further developing and perfecting the economy of our state-owned coal enterprises and giving play to the superiority of the socialist system It has a key role to continue to enhance our economic strength and national cohesion. In such an era of rapid change, the competition among enterprises has shifted to the competition of knowledge and technology, but its essence is the competition of talents, which is also of crucial importance to state-owned enterprises. This article first discusses the main problems existing in the human resources management of the state-owned coal enterprises in our country at the present stage, analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to illustrate the strategic significance of the human resources management to the development of state-owned coal enterprises.
