本文研究了CTF和LSY增效剂对中低强度等级混凝土性能的影响及其作用机理。通过水泥净浆流动度、粘度试验,水泥胶砂强度试验确定CTF和LSY的最佳掺量为胶凝材料的0.6%。在此基础上进行了一系列混凝土性能试验,结果显示:CTF和LSY增效剂提高了混凝土的扩展度和流动性,改善了混凝土的工作性能;提高了混凝土的抗压强度,在一定程度上改善了混凝土的力学性能;对混凝土的耐久性没有不利影响。并采用压汞法观察混凝土内部孔结构,发现:CTF和LSY增效剂很大程度上降低了混凝土内部的孔面积和孔隙率。
In this paper, the effect of CTF and LSY synergist on the performance of low and medium strength concrete and its mechanism were studied.
