俞玉萍创造了“中国百合班”的奇迹,解剖她在班主任工作中养护孩子健康成长的有效路径,发现主要有如下四种:一是用经典播种理想信念、价值追求、经典阅读的经典养护;二是游戏中学合作、下雨中学关爱、跳绳中学专注、展示中学创新的活动养护;三是师表、同学、学友示范的榜样养护;四是根治于行动、语言、道具等细节的养根行动。这对提高立德树人的有效性大有裨益。
