在对上海旅游从业人员跨文化交际能力实证调查的基础上,本文分析了旅游从业人员跨文化交际能力弱项的成因。结合世博会旅游服务活动特点的分析,以著名学者Brislin的跨文化沟通培训的方法和模型为理论指导,提出了包括优化学校课程体系、改进英语教学、加强岗前和岗位培训、培养多元文化背景下动态的交流模式、提高服务意识等对策。
Based on an empirical investigation of the intercultural communicative competence of tourism practitioners in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the causes of the weakness of intercultural communicative competence among tourism practitioners. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the World Expo tourism service activities, this article takes the method and model of transnational communication training of famous scholar Brislin as the theoretical guidance, and puts forward some suggestions including optimizing the school curriculum system, improving English teaching, strengthening pre-job and post training, cultivating multicultural background Dynamic exchange mode, improve service awareness and other countermeasures.
