One-third of human life time spent in sleep, 5 days or so will sleep without sleep, we can see that sleep is a physiological need. Sleep as a necessary process of life is an important part of the body to restore, integrate and consolidate memory, and is an indispensable part of health. According to the World Health Organization survey, 27% of people have sleep problems. The Global Sleep and Health Initiative, hosted by the International Mental Health Organization, launched a global campaign in 2001 - marking “World Sleep Day” March 21 each year. The reason why the first day of every year in early spring is because the periodic change of the seasons and the law of alternating day and night are closely related to our daily life. Modern society, fast paced life, pressure, and night life, drinking and other unhealthy habits, will lead to sleep disorders. Patients usually show tension and anxiety, and even paranoid tendencies. In addition, unhealthy sleep will have many social problems.
