目的了解福建省猪带绦虫病、囊虫病流行现状。方法随机选择5个县(市、区)16个村(点)。检测受检者血清猪带绦、囊虫抗体,阳性者询问病史。结果共查16371人,人群抗体阳性率为2.28%(89/3899);人体猪带绦虫感染率为0.02%(3/16371)。结论福建省流行猪带绦、囊虫病,应引起重视。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of swine taeniasis and cysticercosis in Fujian Province. Methods Randomly select 16 counties (cities, districts) in 5 counties. Subjects were tested for pig sash, cysticercosis antibody, positive for medical history. Results A total of 16371 people were investigated. The positive rate of human antibody was 2.28% (89/3899). The infection rate of human Taenia solium was 0.02% (3/16371). Conclusions Fujian pig sash, cysticercosis, should pay attention.
