目的评估血管内支架治疗锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(subclavian steal syndrome,SSS)的效果。方法回顾36例患者的临床表现、颈部血管超声、数字减影血管造影(DSA)等相关资料及血管内支架置人情况,分析血管内支架置入的疗效。结果左侧锁骨下动脉重度狭窄27例,闭塞1例,右侧锁骨下动脉重度狭窄8例,左侧椎动脉重度狭窄1例;成功置人36枚锁骨下动脉支架和1枚椎动脉支架;术后同侧上肢脉搏、血压恢复;随访12月,无明显再狭窄。结论血管内支架置入治疗SSS能有效缓解临床症状且安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of endovascular stenting on subclavian steal syndrome (SSS). Methods The clinical data of 36 patients were retrospectively reviewed. The related data of cervical vessel ultrasound and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) were retrospectively analyzed. The effect of endovascular stenting was analyzed. Results Severe stenosis of the left subclavian artery in 27 cases, occlusion in 1 case, severe right subclavian artery stenosis in 8 cases, severe left stenosis in 1 case; successful placement of 36 supraclavicular artery stents and 1 vertebral artery stent; Ipsilateral upper limb pulse, blood pressure recovery; follow-up 12 months, no significant restenosis. Conclusion Stent implantation in the treatment of SSS can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and is safe and effective.
