建国以来,我省公共图书馆系统“先进单位和先进工作者”评选活动,经过了充分准备,由各市(地)自下而上的评选和推荐,省文化厅抽调省图书馆和有关市(地)图书馆的馆长和业务骨干共十四人,组成了市(地)级图书馆“双先”评比检查组,检查组成员中具有高职称的八人(二名正研,六名副研)。评比检查组由文化厅张玉柱副处长带领,从元月四日至九日,先后对济宁、枣庄、淄博、潍坊、烟台、青岛、济南市图书
