乡镇政府是我国政府体系中最基层的政府组织,是国家行政管理体系的根基,乡镇公务员直接服务广大基层群众,他们工作的表现直接关系到国家政策的落实以及政府在基层群众中的形象,完善乡镇政府公务员薪酬激励机制已成为提高乡镇政府公务员队伍整体素质和提升乡镇政府公共服务能力的关键。本文试图从乡镇公务员薪金激励机制存在的问题寻求提升乡镇公务员公共服务能力的办法。
The township government is the grass-roots government organization in our government system and the foundation of the national administrative system. The township civil servants directly serve the broad masses of the grass-roots masses. The performance of their work is directly related to the implementation of state policies and the government’s image among the grass-roots masses, The township government civil service pay incentive mechanism has become the key to improve the overall quality of township government civil servants and improve the ability of township government public service. This article attempts to seek ways to improve the public service ability of township civil servants from the problems existing in the salary incentive mechanism of township civil servants.
