为探索湿栽水芹(Oenanthe stolonifera D.C.)在春季生长适宜的最低土壤含水量,设置土壤相对含水量分别为60%~70%、70%~80%、80%~90%和90%~100%等4个梯度,来比较湿栽水芹新品系D07和G0601在春季3~5月的产量和品质差异。结果表明:D07在土壤相对含水量为80%~90%时产量最高、其粗纤维含量为6.48 mg/g FW,G0601在土壤相对含水量90%以上时产量最高、粗纤维含量为6.64 mg/g FW。粗纤维含量均为各处理最低,且可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均较高。因此,综合产量与主要品质指标得出:土壤相对含水量80%是适宜D07生长的土壤含水量下限,土壤相对含水量90%是适宜G0601生长的土壤含水量下限。
In order to explore the suitable minimum soil water content for growing Oenanthe stolonifera DC in spring, the relative soil moisture content was set at 60% -70%, 70% -80%, 80% -90% and 90% -100 % And other four gradient, to compare the wet plant cress new lines D07 and G0601 in spring from March to May the yield and quality differences. Crude fiber content was the lowest in all treatment, and the soluble protein and soluble sugar content were higher. Therefore, the comprehensive yield and the main quality index are as follows: 80% of the relative soil moisture content is the lower soil moisture content suitable for D07 growth, and 90% of the relative soil moisture content is the lower soil moisture content suitable for the growth of G0601.
