我们对高温平菇侧5进行了连续三年的栽培试验,并经大面积栽培示范,认为该品种耐高温、适应性强、出菇快,是我地区夏季栽培的一个较好品种。基本特性(一)形态特征母种在PDA 培养基上菌丝呈白色,较稀弱,绒毛状,温度26～28℃生长快。原种、栽培种在棉壳培养料中呈灰白色,750ml 的菌种瓶在适温下只需22～25天长满菌丝,且表面不形成菌皮。子实体长大后,菌盖为浅漏斗状,直径6～12cm,单生或丛生,色泽白,菌肉较薄脆嫩,菌柄长而细,侧生,中实,菌褶延生,较稀。(二)营养要求平菇侧5对营养物质要求不严格适应能力较强,棉子壳、玉米秆、油菜秸、豆秸、稻草、瓜豆藤蔓等都是很好的培养基质,尤以油菜子壳、豆荚及其秸秆粉碎物发菌最快,菌丝生长健壮。
