目的加强抗生素临床应用管理,规范抗生素临床合理使用。方法通过医院信息系统收集外科病区医嘱中所有抗生素的相关信息,包括药品名称、用药总量,以及相关的病原送检率等,然后按年计算出DDDS等,并进行分析。结果本科的抗生素用药强度及I类切口抗生素使用率均有明显下降,病原送检率等有明显上升。结论随着我院抗生素整治工作的开展,本科的抗生素使用日趋合理。
Objective To strengthen the clinical application of antibiotics management, standardize the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Through the hospital information system, we collected the information of all antibiotics, including the name of drugs, the total amount of drugs used, the rate of pathogen detection, etc., and then calculated the DDDS and other data according to the year and analyzed them. Results The undergraduate antibiotic medication intensity and Class I incision antibiotic use rate were significantly decreased, the pathogen detection rate has increased significantly. Conclusion With the development of antibiotic remediation in our hospital, the use of antibiotics in undergraduate is becoming more and more reasonable.
