目的 研究大鼠人工体神经 内脏神经反射弧传出神经递质性质。方法 将建立了人工体神经 内脏神经反射弧的 8只模型大鼠随机分为 2组 (n =4) ,1组大鼠的左侧盆神经节(MPG)内注射荧光金 (FG) ,2组大鼠的尿道外括约肌 (EUS)注射辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP) ,通过免疫组织化学方法显示FG、HRP阳性标记细胞中的中的胆碱已酰转移酶 (ChAT)。结果 FG、HRP逆行追踪结果显示 ,FG、HRP阳性标记细胞主要分布于脊髓L3 尾部至L5头侧左侧前角。FG标记和ChAT阳性双标细胞约占FG标记阳性细胞的 88% (13 3 /15 1) ;HRP标记和ChAT阳性双标细胞约占HRP标记阳性细胞的 91% (93 /10 2 )。结论 人工体神经 内脏神经反射弧传出神经元的神经递质主要是乙酰胆碱 ,体神经和内脏神经 (副交感节前神经 )吻合后再生神经主要递质没有改变。
OBJECTIVE To study the neurotransmitter properties of the visceral reflex arches of artificial nerves in rats. Methods Eight models of artificial neural reflex arc of internal organs were randomly divided into two groups (n = 4). In the left pelvic ganglion (MPG) of group 1, fluorescent gold (FG), 2 Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was injected into the urethral sphincter (EUS) of the rats in the group, and choline acyltransferase (ChAT) in the FG and HRP positive labeled cells was shown by immunohistochemistry. Results The retrograde tracing results of FG and HRP showed that the positive labeled cells of FG and HRP mainly distributed in the anterior horn of L3 in the spinal cord to the left side of L5 head. FG-labeled and ChAT-positive double-labeled cells accounted for about 88% (13 3/151) of FG-positive cells. HRP-labeled and ChAT-positive double-labeled cells accounted for 91% (93/102) of HRP-positive cells. Conclusions The main neurotransmitter of neurons in the visceral reflex arc of artificial phantom is acetylcholine. The main neurotransmitter of the regenerated nerve does not change after somatic and visceral nerve (parasympathetic preganglionic nerve) anastomosis.
