Radioactive autoradiography has its unique advantages in the exploration of the way of contaminating radionuclides in vivo. Because this kind of technology can observe the dynamic process of the morphological structure and metabolism of body tissues. Taking into account the needs in the study of evaluating the effect of promoting radionuclides, we designed macroscopic organs for horizontal autoradiography.
