1.本文在青岛沿海地区调查了明斑库蠓的孳生习性。该蠓孳生于海滨岩礁积水洼的半咸水内。水洼宽度5.9～49.0厘米,长度19.0～125.5厘米,面积均不甚大。积水深度4.3～24.3厘米,洼底积泥厚度0.3～6.2厘米。水质中性。2.在孳生地形条件较多的地域,孳生蠓、蚊的岩礁积水洼占44%,其中孳生库蠓者占22%。在孳生地形条件较少地域,有蠓,蚊的水洼占37%,其中有蠓幼虫者7%。孳生蠓幼虫的地点多限于涨潮线边缘,在高度及距离上偶有海水波及的范围。3.以人体裸露皮肤诱集成蠓观察,在4月至9月份均有侵袭活动,各月密度变化随气温增高而逐渐增多。唯有7月份因降雨较多,中间稍有下降。雌蠓每次吸血的时间,平均约为2分36秒钟。4.通过实验室观察,成蠓多停息在草木枝叶上。幼虫多潜伏在水底泥层中,仅短时在水中游动,历时17秒至9分36秒不等。5.根据孳生地调查结果,结合有关习性的观察,对防制措施加以讨论。附记:遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“实践,认识,再实践,再认识”的教导,曾根据本文的结果先后在××岛及××地区进行现场应用,均获得十分显著的杀灭效果。
