目的:通过观察葛根芩连汤拆方后含黄连各配伍组对葡萄糖-6磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺陷的痢疾杆菌感染(BD)大鼠模型(G6PD-BD)红细胞渗透脆性的变化,探讨黄连配伍后对降低红细胞脆性的影响。方法:先用痢疾杆菌感染大鼠,再用乙酰苯肼造成G6PD缺陷,建立实验性G6PD-BD大鼠模型;用含黄连的葛根芩连汤各拆方组的煎剂灌胃给药,每天两次,连续三天,腹主动脉取血,测定其始溶血盐浓度。结果:单味黄连能使G6PD-BD大鼠红细胞渗透脆性增加,黄连配伍葛根、黄芩、炙甘草后均能降低红细胞渗透脆性。结论:黄连配伍葛根和炙甘草、葛根、黄芩和炙甘草、黄芩、炙甘草均能拮抗单味黄连对红细胞渗透脆性的影响;葛根芩连汤、黄连葛根黄芩三药配伍对G6PD-BD大鼠红细胞渗透脆性无影响。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of erythrocyte infiltration fragility in the rat model of dysentery bacteremia (BD) induced by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) after the decoction of Gegen Qinlian Decoction. Coptis chinensis compatibility to reduce the impact of red blood cell fragility. Methods: Rats with dysentery bacilli were infected first, and then G6PD deficiency was induced by acetophenone hydrazide. Experimental G6PD-BD rat model was established. Each decoction of Gegen Qinlian Decoction containing Coptis Chinensis was administered intragastrically. Twice, for three consecutive days, the abdominal aorta blood, measured its initial hemolysis salt concentration. Results: The single berberine can make the erythrocyte osmotic fragility increase in G6PD-BD rats. Coptis flavonoids, Scutellaria baicalensis and Zhigancao could decrease the fragility of erythrocyte infiltration. Conclusions: Coptis root and Zhigancao, Pueraria, Scutellaria baicalensis and Zhigancao, Scutellaria baicalensis and Zhigancao can both antagonize the effect of single flavonoid on erythrocyte osmotic fragility. Combination of Gegen Qinlian Decoction and Coptis Puerariae Radix Scutellariae Erythrocyte infiltration fragility no effect.
