一、前言我局自1953年开始推广爆破手制,使爆破工作专业化以来,在生产效率上已有提高,特别是安全事故有了显著减少。如以1953年为100,则1955年降为46.67,因此正确地组织坑内爆破工作,对保证生产效率,防止事故是有很大的意义的。目前各鑛山的爆破工作组织形式,各有不同。某鑛山爆破工作是由鑛山爆破组长领导,其工作范(?)如下:(一)平衡各鑛井的爆破工作力量;(二)帮助提高爆破技术;
