采用半体内实验方法 ,观察了复方丹参方对正常家兔血浆血小板聚集性、粘附性及TXA2 、PGI2 的影响。结果表明 :正常家兔口服复方丹参方 1 2、2 4、4 8g kg及Aspirin 4 4mg kg均显示出明显的抗ADP诱导的血小板聚集作用 ;明显抑制血小板粘附性 ;Aspirin明显降低正常家兔血浆TXA2 水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ;复方丹参方 (4 8g kg)明显升高血浆PGI2 的水平 (P <0 0 1) ;As pirin及复方丹参方各剂量组对血浆TXA2 /PGI2 比值均无明显影响。提示复方丹参方抗正常家兔血小板粘聚作用与促进 6 Ke to PGF1α的释放密切相关。
Using semi-in vivo experiments, the effects of Compound Danshen Formula on plasma platelet aggregation, adhesion and TXA2 and PGI2 in normal rabbits were observed. The results showed that the normal rabbits oral compound Danshen formula 1 2, 24, 48 g kg and Aspirin 4 4 mg kg showed significant anti-ADP-induced platelet aggregation; significantly inhibited platelet adhesion; Aspirin significantly reduced normal rabbits Plasma TXA2 levels (P <0 05), compound Danshenfang (4 8g kg) significantly increased plasma PGI2 levels (P <0 01), and Aspirin and compound Danshenfang dose groups had plasma TXA2/PGI2 ratios. No significant effect. It is suggested that the effect of compound Danshen formula on platelet cohesion of normal rabbits is closely related to the promotion of 6 Ke to PGF1α release.
