目的:研究并分析治疗直肠癌患者时使用微创根治术的效果。方法:收集直肠癌患者共64例,根据随机化分组原则分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例),对照组接受开腹治疗,观察组接受腹腔镜治疗。结果:观察组的排气时间与对照组相比,差异显著;就尿管保留时间而言,观察组显著短于对照组;而在残余尿量方面,观察组显著少于对照组,P均<0.05。结论:在直肠癌患者的治疗过程中,微创根治术的优势明显,而且能够降低排尿等并发症的发生几率,使患者更加受益,值得推广应用。
PURPOSE: To study and analyze the effect of minimally invasive radical mastectomy in the treatment of patients with rectal cancer. Methods: A total of 64 patients with rectal cancer were divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (32 cases) according to the principle of randomization. The control group received laparotomy and the observation group received laparoscopic treatment. Results: The exhaust time of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group. For the retention time of the catheter, the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group; while in the residual urine volume, the observation group was significantly less than the control group <0.05. Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with rectal cancer, minimally invasive radical surgery has obvious advantages, and can reduce the incidence of complications such as urination, so that patients benefit more, it is worth promoting the application.
