目的探讨不同的预处理方法对新生儿奶嘴清洗质量的影响。方法将临床使用后的奶嘴分成A、B、C 3组,A组用后干燥保存,B组用后浸泡在清水里,C组用后浸泡在洗洁精液体里,由消毒供应中心集中回收清洗,采用目测法和ATP生物荧光检测法观察3种预处理方式对奶嘴清洗质量的影响;对清洗合格后的奶嘴采用压力蒸汽灭菌,抽检采样作微生物培养。结果经裸眼目测和带光源放大镜检测,A、B、C 3组的清洗合格率分别为83.21%、88.03%和93.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对3组奶嘴抽样作ATP生物荧光检测的RLU值,无统计学意义(F=3.164,P=0.058);对采样的36份标本经过(36±1)℃培养48 h,结果全部阴性。结论应用洗洁精作为新生儿奶嘴的预处理剂,可以明显降低奶嘴清洗难度,提高奶嘴清洗质量,保证灭菌合格。
Objective To investigate the effect of different pretreatment methods on the quality of neonatal pacifier. Methods The clinical pacifiers were divided into groups A, B and C 3, group A was preserved after use, group B was immersed in clear water, group C was immersed in detergent liquid, and concentratedly recovered by disinfection supply center The effects of three pretreatment methods on the cleaning quality of pacifier were observed by visual inspection and ATP biofluorescence detection. The qualified pacifier was sterilized by pressure steaming and sampled for microbial culture. Results The naked eyes and the magnifying glass with light source detected the clean pass rates of A, B and C groups were 83.21%, 88.03% and 93.73%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) The RLU value of biofluorescence detection was not statistically significant (F = 3.164, P = 0.058). The 36 samples were cultured at 36 ± 1 ℃ for 48 h, all the results were negative. Conclusion The application of detergent as a preconditioning agent for newborn pacifiers can significantly reduce the difficulty of pacifier cleaning, improve pacifier cleaning quality and ensure the sterilization.
