通过案例研究方法考察了某国有地勘单位2008—2015年项目构成及变化情况。结果表明,项目“小型化”、从能源地质项目向民生地质项目过渡、减少风险勘察项目并回归公益职能定位,成为地勘产业应对市场压力的主要途径。在项目接续方面,新项目的储备不足客观上加速了以往项目的收工进度,但也可能将影响未来产业的可持续发展。根据如上发现提出了相关政策建议。
Through the case study method, the project constitution and changes of a state-owned geological prospecting unit from 2008 to 2015 were investigated. The results show that the project “miniaturization ” is the main way for the geological survey industry to cope with the market pressure from the transition from the energy geology project to the livelihood geological project, the reduction of the risk investigation project and the return to the public welfare function orientation. In connection with the project, the lack of reserves of new projects has accelerated the progress of the previous projects, but it may also affect the sustainable development of the future industries. Based on the above findings, we put forward relevant policy suggestions.
