目的观察针药结合治疗对椎基底动脉供血不足患者椎基底动脉血流速、血管内皮功能的影响。方法将62例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为针药组(口服眩晕宁片联合针刺)和西药组(口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊),动态监测治疗前后椎基底动脉血流速、血清(浆)一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)6、-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的水平变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者椎基底动脉血流速均显著改善(P均<0.05),血清(浆)NO、6-keto-PGF1α水平升高,ET-1、TXB2水平降低(P均<0.05);针药组改善椎基底动脉血流速、升高血清NO与6-keto-PGF1α的含量水平、降低血浆TXB2含量的作用均明显优于西药组(P均<0.05)。结论针药结合治疗可显著改善患者椎基底动脉血流速及血管内皮功能,提高治愈好转率。
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on vertebrobasilar blood flow velocity and vascular endothelial function in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods Sixty-two patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into acupuncture group (oral dizziness and naringin combined with acupuncture) and western medicine group (oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule). The blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery was measured before and after treatment. Serum (NO), plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) 6 and keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-PGF1α) Results Compared with those before treatment, the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in both groups improved significantly (P <0.05), the level of serum NO (NO), 6-keto-PGF1α and the levels of ET-1 and TXB2 decreased P <0.05). The effect of acupuncture and acupuncture on blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery, elevation of serum NO and 6-keto-PGF1α level and decrease of plasma TXB2 content were significantly better than western medicine group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication can significantly improve the vertebrobasilar blood flow velocity and vascular endothelial function, and improve the cure rate.
