论文以文献资料为基础,分析了体育课程人力资源开发的主要内容和构成体育课程人力资源开发的三个不同层面的主体,以及在体育课程内容资源开发中的特点、任务以及所发挥的作用。得出,体育教师在体育课程内容资源开发中始终起着主导和决定性的作用。
Based on the literature, the dissertation analyzes the main content of human resource development in PE curriculum and the main body of the three different levels that constitute PE curriculum human resource development, as well as the characteristics, tasks and roles played in the development of PE curriculum content resources. It is concluded that PE teachers always play a leading and decisive role in the development of PE curriculum content resources.
