软聚氯乙烯塑料止水带(简称PVC塑料止水带)是目前水工建筑物接缝止水常用的一种材料,其地位仅次于铜片而优于橡胶和镀锌铁片。六十年代中期,第一批国产的PVC塑料止水带用在岳城、刘家峡等工程,止水效果良好。八十年代初,长江葛洲坝塑料二厂开始组建,在水科院、北京塑料七厂、北京模具厂等单位的支持下,于1984年生产出第一批符合标准的PVC塑料止水带,并通过了葛洲坝工程局组织有关单位进行的预审,而后曾先后在葛洲坝、龙羊峡等工程上试用,评价较好。一年多来,经宜昌市标准局、湖北省塑料工业质量检测站多次检测,产品质量均能符合标准要求。水科院结构材料所的试验结果表明,其基本性能已达到或超过瑞士SIKA公司和日本ARON止水带的指标。 1985年11月,水利水电建设总局委托长江葛洲坝工程
Soft PVC water stop (referred to as PVC plastic water stop) is currently a common construction of hydraulic joints sewer material, its status second only to copper and superior to rubber and galvanized iron. The mid-1960s, the first batch of homemade PVC plastic water stop used in Yuecheng, Liujiaxia and other projects, sealing effect is good. In the early 1980s, the Gezhouba Plastic Plant Changjiang Changjiang River began to form. In 1984, with the support of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Seventh Plastic Factory and Beijing Mold Factory, the first batch of PVC plastic water stop belts were produced. Passed the pre-trial organized by Gezhouba Engineering Bureau, and later worked on projects such as Gezhouba and Longyangxia, which were evaluated well. Over the past year, the Yichang City Bureau of Standards, Hubei Province, the quality inspection station plastics industry repeatedly testing, product quality can meet the standards. The results of the test conducted by the Structural Materials Division of the ASTRI show that its basic performance has reached or exceeded the specifications of Swiss SIKA and Japanese ARON waterstops.
