Tohoku在1984年曾报道苯丁亮氨酸可降低哺乳动物细胞组织培养的饱和密度,并在体外诱导其形态的重分化,尤其在有性激素存在下其效果更为显著。在小鼠接种FM3A低分化的哺乳动物腺癌后给于激素与苯丁亮氨酸,发现在激素用量固定时诱导肿瘤细胞重分化的效应因苯丁亮氨酸用量的增加而增强;反之固定苯丁亮氨酸剂量,则性激素仅在一个有限的浓度范围内才有效。该项研究结果被引伸用于肿瘤患者的治疗过程并取得如下之进展: 1.放射治疗与化学治疗的同时配合应
