我国在东北、西北地区已建成一定数量的充电站和充电设施,但关于寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施的标准还未有涉及,为此编制了寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施温度适应性技术规范。文章介绍了技术规范的研究背景、研究现状和编写说明,并重点对技术规范体系进行了解析,主要对技术规范的构成部分进行了介绍,侧重研究了电动汽车充电设施在寒冷地区使用时所具有的特性和应采取的措施。寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施温度适应性技术规范的编制可以为寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施提供准人依据和检验标准,为推动电动汽车的规模化应用提供有力的支撑。
In Northeast China and Northwest China, a certain number of charging stations and charging facilities have been built in our country. However, the standards for charging facilities for electric vehicles in cold areas have not been covered yet. Therefore, the technical specifications for temperature adaptability of charging facilities for electric vehicles in cold regions have been compiled. This paper introduces the research background, research status and preparation of the technical specifications, and focuses on the analysis of technical specifications system, the main part of the technical specifications were introduced, focusing on the study of the electric vehicle charging facilities in cold areas when used with The characteristics and measures to be taken. The preparation of technical specifications for the temperature adaptability of electric vehicle charging facilities in cold areas can provide the basis and test standards for electric vehicle charging facilities in cold areas and provide strong support for the large-scale application of electric vehicles.
