文章简介湿度传感器的结构、特性、线性化方法、温度补偿方法及其与微机的接口。感湿元件是高温烧结的金属氧化物微孔陶瓷,其电阻值随表面吸附的水份数量而变,据此测量湿度。元件电阻具负温度系数,适用于多种气氛,具有足够的可靠性。文中简介了有关电路。该湿度计适用于0~45℃、30~90%RH。电源电压直流16V,输出电流5A。
Article introduction The structure, characteristics, linearization method, temperature compensation method of humidity sensor and its interface with microcomputer. Sensing element is a high-temperature sintered metal oxide microporous ceramic whose resistance varies with the amount of water adsorbed on the surface, from which the humidity is measured. Component resistance with negative temperature coefficient, suitable for a variety of atmospheres, with sufficient reliability. The article describes the circuit. The hygrometer is suitable for 0 ~ 45 ℃, 30 ~ 90% RH. Supply voltage DC 16V, output current 5A.
