目的:探究优质护理在食管癌术后并发症预防中的临床应用和价值。方法:将90例食管癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组患者进行全面优质护理,对比两组术后并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的术后并发症发生率和护理满意度显著均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对食管癌手术患者,全面的优质护理能够有效降低术后并发症的发生,提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective: To explore the clinical application and value of quality nursing in preventing postoperative complications of esophageal cancer. Methods: Ninety patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The patients in observation group were treated with comprehensive quality care. The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with esophageal cancer surgery, a comprehensive quality care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient satisfaction with nursing, it is worth in the clinical promotion and use.
