The heterogeneity and anisotropy of fractured-hole carbonate reservoirs increase the difficulty of exploration and development of such reservoirs and reduce the accuracy of various data acquisitions, greatly increasing the difficulty of estimating reserves And uncertainty. The estimation of fractured-hole carbonate reservoirs mainly includes the static and dynamic methods such as volumetric method, production declining method, water-flooding characteristic curve method and material balance method in China, as well as SEC reserves assessment. Due to the different information required by various methods, the applicability of different methods determines that the estimation accuracy of reserves is different. The main factors influencing the accuracy of reserves estimation include the representativeness of reservoir data, the accuracy of reservoir understanding, the application of reserves estimation method and the reasonable certainty of reserves parameters. The main influencing factors in the static method reserves estimation of fractured-cavity carbonate reservoirs are effective thickness and porosity. The core issue is the correct understanding of the pore structure characteristics of effective reservoirs. The dynamic method reserves estimation should pay more attention to whether the reserves parameters are in conformity with Characteristics of reservoir development. Aiming at the complicated fractured-cavity carbonate reservoirs, through the comprehensive application of many methods and data, the mutual verification of dynamic and static estimation methods, the limitations of data representations and the defects of various methods are supplemented and improved. Get the best reserve estimate.
