改革开放以来,我国的经济保持了快速稳定的增长势头,然而,随着市场经济的发展,在社会转型和经济转制的过程中,社会弱势群体问题日益凸显。当前我国弱势群体的规模不断扩大,贫富差距日益悬殊,社会弱势群体问题严重。弱势群体问题已经成为影响社会稳定与社会发展的重要因素之一,深入研究此问题具有重要的现实意义。解决现阶段对弱势群体保护问题,只有在当前的相关政策与制度上进行有效调整,才能在根本上将这一问题有效解决,同时也能促使社会更加和谐稳定,在经济法与其他法律立法中将弱势群体的保护问题纳入其中,这样才能在根本上解决对弱势群体的保护问题。本文就经济法角度对弱势群体权益保护问题进行分析、探讨。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has maintained a rapid and steady growth momentum.
