大学生党员积极心理品质发展状况总体良好,除人际关系维度差异外,党建工作者、学生党员的理想信念、情绪管理、行为责任心、自我效能感四个维度得分均显著高于普通学生。本文结合各高校大学生党员的培养方案和特点自编的大学生党员积极心理品质初测问卷,在江西省内选取3所公办高校大学生为研究对象,从认知、情感、人际关系等多个维度分析不同民族、不同体制、不同年级的积极品质特点,探讨了大学生党员学习教育、服务育人、德育实践、朋辈互动机制培育大学生党员积极心理品质,进一步提升大学生党员入党后的教育成效。
