对O12Al汽车齿轮热锻模进行了不同工艺的热处理,并进行了显微组织、高温硬度、高温耐磨损性能、抗高温氧化性能和抗热疲劳性能的测试与分析。结果表明,采用分级淬火和二次回火的热处理工艺,有利于提高O12Al汽车齿轮热锻模的高温硬度、高温耐磨损性能、抗高温氧化性能和抗热疲劳性能,延长模具的使用寿命,其高温硬度提高4.72%,高温磨损体积减小75.95%,(500±5)℃×10 h的单位面积质量增加减少77.55%,(500±5)℃~(20±5)℃的1000次循环后的热疲劳级别从14级变为4级。
The O12Al automotive gear hot forging dies were heat-treated by different processes, and the microstructure, high temperature hardness, high temperature wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance were tested and analyzed.
