本文用放射性同位素标记测定法比较了黑木耳多糖、银耳多糖及银耳孢子多糖对小白鼠血清蛋白生物合成的影响:实验结果表明:三种多糖均有增加~3H-亮氨酸掺入小白鼠血清蛋白的作用,与对照组比较,掺入量分别增加29%、65%和95%。这说明上述三种多糖均有不同程度促进血清蛋白生物合成的作用。其中以银耳孢子多糖最好、银耳多糖次之,黑木耳多糖较差。
In this paper, the effect of Auricularia auricula polysaccharides, Tremella Polysaccharides and Tremella spores polysaccharides on the serum protein biosynthesis of mice was compared by radioisotope labeling assay. The experimental results showed that all three polysaccharides increased the concentration of ~3H-leucine incorporation into mouse serum. The effect of the protein was increased by 29%, 65%, and 95%, respectively, compared with the control group. This shows that the above three polysaccharides have different degrees of promoting the role of serum protein biosynthesis. Among them, the best one is white fungus spore polysaccharide, the second is white fungus polysaccharide, and the second one is poor.
