对江苏省南京、苏州、连云港和淮安等地区采集的小菜蛾进行室内抗药性测定 ,发现小菜蛾对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯的抗药性为 78~ 32 4倍 ;对敌敌畏抗药性为 10倍 ;对灭多威抗药性为 2 5倍左右 ;对杀虫单、氟铃脲、宝路、抑太宝和锐劲特的敏感性下降。田间试验结果表明 ,菊酯类农药、敌敌畏和灭多威已失去防治小菜蛾的实际意义 ;氟铃脲和灭虫灵对小菜蛾有优异的防效 ;将杀虫单配成微乳剂可提高对小菜蛾的防效。
The resistance of Plutella xylostella to Plutella xylostella collected from Nanjing, Suzhou, Lianyungang and Huai’an in Jiangsu Province was tested. The resistance to deltamethrin, cypermethrin and fenvalerate in Plutella xylostella was 78-324 times.
