青蒿素是从中药青蒿(Artemisia annua L.)中提取的一种抗疟有效成分。化学研究证明,青蒿素是一种带有过氧基团的新型倍半萜内酯。药理研究、毒性研究及临床观察证明,青蒿素治疗间日疟、恶性疟、抢救脑型疟以及治疗抗氯喹株疟疾均具有高效、速效、低毒的特点。为了深入探讨青蒿素类药物抗疟作用原理、构效关系,以及研究其药物代谢和药代动力学,采用核技术如液体闪烁计数法、整体放射自显影、电镜放射自显影等技术进行了以下研究。
Artemisinin is an anti-malarial active ingredient extracted from Artemisia annua L. Chemical studies have shown that artemisinin is a new type of sesquiterpene lactone with a peroxy group. Pharmacological studies, toxicity studies and clinical observations have proved that artemisinin has the characteristics of high efficiency, quick effect and low toxicity against Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium falciparum, rescuing cerebral malaria and treating chloroquine-resistant malaria.
