本文介绍的小型液氮零蒸发系统主要由脉冲管制冷机、低温热虹吸管和小型液氮杜瓦等部件组成。其既可以用于低温液体的长期无损存储,也可以作为一种稳定可靠的复合式低温冷源;具有超长寿命、温度均匀稳定、无需补液以及隔离振动和电磁干扰等优点。文中简要介绍了该套小型零蒸发系统的结构设计与热设计,重点对该系统的运行特性进行了初步分析和实验研究,包括启动过程、运行动态、稳态平衡以及变工况运行等,掌握了低温液体零蒸发系统的运行规律。
This article describes the small liquid nitrogen zero evaporation system consists of a pulse tube refrigerator, low temperature thermosyphon and small components such as liquid nitrogen Dewar. It can be used for cryogenic liquid long-term non-destructive storage, but also can be used as a stable and reliable composite cryogenic cold source; with long life, uniform temperature stability, no rehydration and isolation vibration and electromagnetic interference advantages. In this paper, the structural design and thermal design of this small zero-evaporation system are briefly introduced. The operation characteristics of the system are mainly analyzed and studied emphatically, including start-up process, operation dynamic state, steady-state balance and variable working condition.
