根据《中华人民共和国与美利坚合众国政府关于纺织品和服装贸易的谅解备忘录》有关产品的规定,商务部、海关总署、质检总局对《对美出口纺织品临时管理商品目录》(商务部、海关总署、质检总局2005年87号公告)进行了调整,现公告如下:类别847项下取消编码6103290010,增加编码6112190059;类别620项下增加5407510021和5407510029。
According to the provisions of the “Memorandum of Understanding between the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the United States of America on Textiles and Garment Trade,” the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine have a “Catalogue on the Temporary Administration of Textile Exports to the United States” (Ministry of Commerce and Customs) Department of Quality Supervision, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (announcement No. 87, 2005) has made adjustments and is hereby announced as follows: Category 847 shall cancel code 6103009010, increase code 6112190059, and category 620 shall increase 5407501021 and 5407501029.
