目的建立高效液相色谱法测定药材中氯化两面针碱含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱为SymmetryshielyTM RP18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.04mol·L-1醋酸钠溶液(用醋酸调节pH为6.5),检测波长为270nm。结果氯化两面针在0.25~5.0μg内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.49%。结论该方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于两面针药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of nitidine chloride in medicinal materials. Methods The chromatographic column was SymmetryshielyTM RP18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.04mol·L-1 sodium acetate solution (pH adjusted to 6.5 with acetic acid). The detection wavelength was 270nm. The results showed that the linear relationship between the nitridazole needles was good in the range of 0.25-5.0 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.6% and the RSD was 1.49%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Zanthoxylum aciculares.
