充血性心力衰竭(C H F)是一种复杂的临床症状群,为各种心脏病的严重阶段,其发病率高,它的发生发展过程,除了心肌细胞肥大、凋亡、细胞外基质变化导致心肌重塑外,某些相关细胞因子亦参与了心衰的进程,并起到推波助澜的作用。越来越多的证据表明细胞因子(主要有:肿瘤坏死因子-a、白介素-6)是充血性心力衰竭的病理生理和发病机制中的重要因子,它通过介导左室重构、使 B-2肾上腺素受体失耦联、降低心肌收缩力等作用引发或加重心衰。本文主要探讨心力衰竭时免疫系统中细胞因子的变化。“,” CHF Is a complex of clinical symptoms with high incidence,which is serious stage of al kinds of heart disease. It is through left ventricular remodeling, make B-2 adrenaline receptor coupling, reduce the lost force of cardiac muscle systole effect such as cause or worsen heart failure. This paper mainly discusses the change of immune system cel s in heart failure.
