采用静电纺丝技术制备了不同质量比例的PLA/SF复合纳米纤维膜和不同载药量的PLA/SF复合纳米纤维膜。用傅里叶变换红外光谱和毛细流动孔隙测量仪研究复合纳米纤维膜的结构和孔隙分布率;以溶血实验、动态凝血实验和血小板粘附实验研究PLA/SF混比及载药量对复合纳米纤维膜血液相容性的影响。结果表明:PLA和SF复合后,SF分子排列更加规整,且质量比为8/1和8/3的复合纳米纤维膜孔隙分布集中;添加抗凝血药物阿司匹林的纳米纤维膜的溶血率都在1%以下,且动态凝血相对吸光度值都在90%以上,比不添加阿司匹林的复合纳米纤维膜高7%左右。
PLA / SF composite nanofibrous membranes with different mass ratios and PLA / SF composite nanofibrous membranes with different drug loadings were prepared by electrospinning technique. The structure and pore distribution of the composite nanofibrous membranes were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and capillary flow poreometry. The effects of PLA / SF ratio and drug loading on the composite nanofibers were investigated by hemolysis test, dynamic coagulation test and platelet adhesion test. Effect of fiber membrane blood compatibility. The results show that the molecular arrangement of SF is more regular and the pore distribution of the composite nanofibrous membranes with mass ratio of 8/1 and 8/3 is concentrated. The hemolysis rate of the nanofibrous membrane added with anticoagulant aspirin is 1%, and dynamic relative coagulation relative absorbance values are more than 90%, than do not add aspirin composite nanofibrous membrane about 7% higher.
